Being a financial member of the Australian Surf Rowers League of SA, I hereby nominate the
following person for Hall of Fame with the ASRL-SA for consideration at the AGM , 4th August
2015 at Brighton SLSC 7.30pm.

Please attach with this nomination a full resume of the nominee’s achievements at both a State
and National level. At a State level, nominees would need to have won an Open Gold Medal at
State Championship Surf Boat events (non-Masters). At a National level, a one off achievement
would be considered.
Eligibility may be enhanced by recognition as a Life Member of ASRLSA or by other services to
Surf Boat competition in South Australia.
