We are moving to new premises
Our new Head Office is scheduled to open on March 16th
2015 and is Located on Level 9, 1 Oxford Street
Darlinghurst. The new Office is approximately 400 metres
from our old location in Castlereagh Street.

Whether you want to change your PIN for security reasons or to
reduce the number of PINs you have to remember, it’s now a whole
lot easier. Because now you can do it on the fly – whenever you’re at
a rediATM* that displays the “change PIN” option.

New Look Statements
We have redesigned our statements to help you find all the
important information you need at a glance. Our changes
include:

An Account Summary on the first page listing all
your saving, loan or investment accounts, their closing
balances and account owners.

A unique nine digit Account Number for each of
your saving, loan or investment accounts that will
enable you to electronically transfer funds directly into
the account, in combination with BSB 802 825
e.g. To transfer directly to your S5 High Returns
Savings use the 9 digit number listed next to S5 on
your account statement as the account number and
use our BSB number 802825 and your electronic funds
will be deposited directly to the S5 account.

A monthly Fee Summary Disclosure table detailing
the breakdown of your transactions undertaken and if
any applicable fees were charged.

Credit Unions Terms and Conditions Update
Changes were made to our Terms and Conditions document
effective from 1 January 2015.
A copy of the updated Terms and Conditions is available on our
website. It is important that you read this document carefully
and retain it for your records. Contact the Credit Union on
