CANCELLATION POLICY:
(1) Author Refunds - Authors who have their papers included in the proceedings are not eligible
for a refund. (2) 50% Refunds – Non-authors Refund requests received before May 15, 2015. (3) No
Refunds – Refund requests received after May 15, 2015 will not be eligible for a refund.
NOTE:
At least one author of each accepted paper must register using the “author registration” rate to ensure that
the paper is included in the CITS 2015 IEEE Xplore proceedings and meet the deadline of May 31, 2015.
If the registration fee is not received by this date, the paper will not be included in the CITS 2015 IEEE
Xplore proceedings.
