Who are we?
Trim Technik specialise in the design, d
evelopment, manufacture and installation of
automotive leather seating, leather interiors, heated seats, lumbar and seat massage
systems.
With over 20 years experience in producing bespoke seating for cars, commercials,
trains, boats and planes there is very little that we have not encountered.
Our customers range from discerning individuals, major dealership groups, through
to some of the worlds leading vehicle manufacturers.

Manufacturers
We offer a range of services specifically for vehicle manufacturers and importers, from the design,
manufacture and fitting of bespoke leather interiors for limited edition or individual programs, through
to the “one off creations” required for prototypes or exhibitions.
We provide port of entry fitting solutions, ensuring vehicles arrive at the dealership complete with
interior enhancements. We also offer a nationwide dealer-fit scheme, fitting the interior at the dealership
as part of an approved accessory program.
Market support & onsite sales training, leather samples and corporate brochures can also be provided.
Dealers
Having provided a dealer based leather fitting service since 1995, we have carried out work for over
80% of the UK’s prestige vehicle dealerships using our unique onsite fitting service. We are now able to
offer this service on virtually all makes and models with a full range of original and bespoke designs in a
wide range of original and special colours.
Our onsite fitting service ensures that we can complete almost any vehicle interior re-trim at the
dealership within one day. This removes the need to transport the vehicle, reducing costs and
eliminating any potential damage possibilities during transport.
Individuals
We are able to offer manufacturer’s original designs, these designs mirror the original design and colour
precisely.
If a more personalised design is required we offer a complete bespoke design service, allowing
you to produce a unique design utilising our extensive knowledge, range of materials and colour
combinations.
This service is available for all makes and models, we offer a unique selection of the finest quality hides
in a wide range of colours, which can be combined with contrasting materials and thread.

Premium, Dakota
and Nappa, with, or
without perforation.
Our raw materials specialist carefully selects each individual hide for durability,
consistency and quality. Only top grade leather is used to satisfy our customer’s most
specific demands.
We pride ourselves on colour matching the original in every way. Alternatively if you
(or your customer) have a special requirement, or you would like to install an interior
with a difference to create more interest in your showroom, we can help! We can
create bespoke designs using quilting, coloured stitching and panelling detail.
Each hide we use has been carefully selected for consistency of tone and texture. The
latest technology is used to precision cut and stitch the leather for a fantastic finish
that will stand the test of time.

Rimbands - Alloy Wheel Protectors
Rimbands alloy wheel rim protectors are a band of high strength tear resistant silicone rubber.
They are fitted around the circumference of alloy wheel rims adding a styling ring that helps to
protect the wheels surface from damage caused by contact with kerbs whilst parking, whilst
adding extra style to your car. Rimbands are available in 9 colours so the appearance can be
tailored to suit specific tastes.
Rimbands have an extensive tail section that sits between the tyre and the rim of the wheel, they have been designed to have the
correct amount of stretch to ensure a tight fit and 5 gripping ribs stop them from slipping out whilst driving. They are made from a high
quality silicone rubber and are totally sealed around the wheel, allowing the tyre to grip them giving no risk of air loss. Rimbands are
the safest type of rim protector that requires the tyre to hold it in place.
Rimbands alloy wheel rim protectors are designed for professional installation only to ensure optimum performance.
Other
Accessories
We also offer a range of Accessories that can be
fitted along with our leather or Independently:
• Heated seats: We have a choice of two heated
systems; the HS1800 or the HS1600. The HS1800
has three heat settings thermostatically controlled
by a three-stage push button electronic switch and
the HS1600 has two heat settings controlled by a
two-stage switch.
• Massage seats: We can install a unique system
that gives each seat additional, fully adjustable
lumbar support. Not only that but the system also
has a comprehensive massage function.
Other services we offer for manufacturers and for
bulk orders include:
• Boot liners: Perfectly tailored to fit each model and
fully fitted with over 1,100 models in range.
• Carbon Fibre: We have a large range of exterior
spoilers and we also produce interior products.
• Bumper Protectors: Our range of tailored rear
bumper protectors are designed to protect the top
surface of the bumper from loading damage in
day to day use. They also add an additional styling
feature.

Trim Technik offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty as standard
for your peace of mind.
We also offer an extended warranty program for 3 years at an additional cost.
We are an ISO9001-2008 Audited Company, we understand the requirements
of our customers and have invested heavily to ensure that we have the systems
in place to provide a consistent, first class service. We also manufacture to
TS16949 standards.
We carry out rigorous testing to ensure all of our products are certified and meet the
highest standards for our customers.
