Airhole is the leading facemask accessory company in the world, focussed
on producing the ultimate face protection against nature’s elements while
making a fashion statement.
The key feature of the Airhole mask is the actual airhole - an oval opening
in the mask at your mouth which allows the user to breathe freely without
creating moisture inside the mask or fogging up your goggles. Combined
with the custom pattern and technical materials, the Airhole Mask is the
ultimate mask in the marketplace.
Our brand is operated by snowboarders making products for snowboarders.
Invented by professional snowboarders Kale Stephens and Chris Brown
in 2003 and developed by the Endeavor Design Group, Airhole is for the
person who wants to have the illest and most functional face mask on the
market to protect their face from the cold and to make a fashion statement.

PERFORMANCE
Features
The most luxurious fabric in the line up,
cashmere wool is fine in texture, and it
is also strong, light, and soft; when it is
made into an Airhole, it is extremely
warm to wear.

Heavy Weight Polyester
Interlock
Merino sheep are regarded as having the
finest and softest wool of any sheep in the
world. Their wool is naturally technical;
the individual fibers breathe as well as
the fabric. It is natural - finer, softer, more
insulating, and more breathable.
Flannel is a soft woven fabric, of various
fineness. It usually doesn’t have a nap,
and instead gains its softness through
the loosely spun yarn it is woven from. It
is commonly used to make clothing, but
perfect for our Airholes.
Polyester Mesh
Mesh is often defined as a loosely
woven fabric that has a large number of
closely-spaced holes, frequently used
for sports jerseys but a perfect fit for our
spring Airhole mask.

Super strong hook and loop velcro
ensures your mask fits perfectly on your
head.
AIRHOLE:
The perforated pleather gives the
aesthetic of real leather without the cost.
As well, being a poly based material, the
Pleather is weather resistant.
Ultra-Soft Brushed Polyester
Velcro
Airhole Masks are available in one size fits all for the
Pullover, Balaclava, and Tie Up Series because of
their adjustable or flexible patterns and materials. The
Standard Series is available in two sizes - size S/M
and L/XL, as the velcro system accommodates small
variances in head size.
Pleather
Light Weight Polyester Interlock
The oval opening in the mask at your
mouth allows the user to breathe freely
without creating moisture inside the mask
or fogging up your goggles.
MASK FITTING:
Heavy weight Poly Interlock is used on
the balaclava masks, providing weather
resistance which holds heat in while
letting moisture escape. It is also ideal for
graphic sublimation.
Poly-Cotton Jersey
Poly Interlock is used on the outer layer
of our standard masks, providing a
weather resistant outershell which holds
heat in while letting moisture escape. It is
also ideal for graphic sublimation.
Features
Bonded polyester combines a technical
poly mesh with an ultrasoft poly backing
to create a warmer, less bulky mask.
Polar Fleece
Also known as microfleece or micrafleece,
Polar Fleece is a soft napped insulating
synthetic wool fabric made from PET or
other synthetic fibres. Fleece has some
of wool’s finest qualities but weighs a
fraction of the lightest available woolens.
AIRHOLE TECHNOLOGY
Cashmere
Our signature design eliminates condensation on the
inside of your face mask and fogging of your goggles - the
reason why bandanas aren’t technical as facemasks and the
advantage over other facemasks with multiple holes. The
one large airhole at your mouth opening makes inhaling and
exhaling easy as if you weren’t wearing a mask at all. The
airhole also acts as a hydration point, allowing you to drink
through camel packs or water bottles.
Since cotton kills on the mountain, we
added a poly blend to make the cotton
act technical, increasing its weather
resistance and making it flame resistant
as well.
The most important layer is the one which
touches your face, so we have used the
softest most technical brushed polyester
that we could find.

RAIN/ SUN/ SNOW/ WIND:
Airhole masks are designed to help protect your face
from the elements. Winter sports activities bombard
your exposed skin with rain, snow, sun, and wind.
The Airhole mask provides a barrier against these
destructive forces using a weather resistant outer
shell and a warm soft lining against your face.

Authentic hologram stickers are found
on all Airhole masks. Don’t support the
counterfeits!
Protecting your face with the Airhole will
keep your body warmer. Since the rest
of your body is completely covered with
outerwear (including a beanie and goggles),
the only area left for body heat to escape
is your face. Prevent this from happening
and increase the amount of hours you can
spend in cold conditions.
