No late entries will be accepted.
Players cannot be entered unless they already have a BWF ID-number. In case you wish to
enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, since July of 2014 each MA can create
an ID trough Online Entry System.

If entry fees are not paid according to the regulations, the players concerned are not
allowed to play.
The member association that enters a player into a circuit tournament is responsible for
paying the entry fees for that player.

Conditions
The draw will be conducted under the BWF General Competition Regulations.

Withdrawals
Please ensure that the organizer will be informed immediately when a player has to
withdraw, together with the reason.
Attention: Any withdrawal after the Sunday immediately preceding the draw, for any
reason whatsoever, renders the Member Association concerned liable to an amount of
$ 150,00 for the inconvenience caused by the withdrawal (as defined in BWF General
Competition Regulations).

Visa
Important for all players who need visa for Perú. Please request immediately from
Federación Deportiva Peruana de Badminton an official INVITATION LETTER and apply
as soon as possible. (e-mail:[email protected])
Peruvian Badminton Federation will offer transportation from the airport to the official
Hotel, and the venue, only when booking for the Official Hotels.

Transportation
Transportation services are provided at a fee of US $ 30.00 per participant/coach or official
that are not accommodated in the official hotels.
Accommodation
TOURNAMENT OFFICIAL HOTELS
Please contact [email protected] for your reservations and additional
information, no later than, April 05th, 2015. Any other accommodation request after this
date cannot be quarantined. Please keep into consideration that hotels have a limited
number of available rooms and that requests will be answered in order of their appearance.
Associations should forward a 20% non-refundable deposit for accommodation by
