we’ve got. Building blind boxes, cooking ‘que to perfection and how to overcome obstacles to win…
we want you to see exactly what it takes to get your own Grand Champions.
You’re going to discover what’s winning in Competition BBQ right now.
Class will be held in the greater Memphis area. We will start Friday, July 24th at 5:00 PM with a big,
southern-style dinner – and after dinner get started prepping our big meats (just like we were at a
contest). Then we resume on Saturday, July 25th at 7:00 AM and wrap everything up Saturday
afternoon around 5:00 PM. (Breakfast and Lunch will be served on Saturday – so come expecting to
eat good!)
The cost for this 2 day, comprehensive class is $700.00 per person ($100 off each ticket when
reserving more than 1 seat) OR $1000 for a spouse package that includes 2 tickets (when registered
2 weeks prior to class).
A $50.00 late fee will be charged after July 10th for late registration, if space is available.
Fill out the registration form and mail it back to us. We can only hold your seat for 2 weeks unless we
receive your payment… so get it in the mail.
