Annexure:1) The work should be carried out as per our specification and as per Sketch (I)
2) No separate charges will be paid by this department towards lodging, boarding, traveling and
transportation.
3) Wherever applicable repair work details should be discussed with the department prior to
actual Work to prevent any mismatch with the existing structure.
4) Normally work at user's place should be carried out between 09.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs on
working days.
5) Liquidated Charges :- If the work is not completed within the prescribed period is 90
days from the from the date of commencement of work, the Contractor is liable to pay
1.5%per month of the work order value, subject to ceiling of 10% of the work order
value.
6) Printed Tax invoice to be submitted in triplicate along with Advance Stamped Receipt and
Partyshould write the VAT No & PAN NolRTGS Details on all bill copies while submitting
forpayment on all bill copies while submitting for payment

The income Tax as applicable will be deducted as per the Government rules at source.
8) Payment will be released within 30 days after satisfactory completion of work if all the
relevant documents are submitted. Paying authority - Accounts Officer BARC, Tarapur.
10 )Confidentiality Clause:

Confidentiality : No party shall disclose any information to any third party concerning the

" Proprietary" in nature by the disclosing party shall be kept strictly confidential by the
receiving party and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written
consent of the original disclosing party. This clause shall apply to the sub-contractors,
adviser or the employees engaged by a party with equal force .
II. " Restricted information" categories under Section-19 of the Atomic Energy Act, 1962 and
"Official Secrets" under Section-5 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 : Any contravention of
the above-mentioned provision by any contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, adviser or the
employees of a contractor will invite penal consequences under the aforesaid legislation.
III. Prohibition against use of BARe's name without permission for publicity purposes: The
contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, adviser or the employees engaged by the contractor
shall net use BARC 's name for any publicity purpose through any public media like Press,
Radio , TV or Internet without the prior written approval ofBARC.
11) It may please be noted that the truck/tempo/vehicle carrying the item against this work order
should have valid license, driver should have proper driving license while delivering the item
to our stores and AFFF will not take any kind of responsibility for making arrangement to
carry the item inside the B.A.R.C. premises.
12) For smooth, regular execution of W.O., you are advised to acquire photo pass from our
Security.
13) The materials used for execution of the work should be guaranteed/ Warranted for minimum
one year period.
14) The chemical testing of one number of gasket sample will be carried out in AFFF Lab before
mass production so party has to submit one sample for testing ai free of charge. For all other
test like Hardness test , material grade, polymer content, specific gravity, elongation at break
and tensile strength will be checked in presence of departmental representative in government
approved lab . Department will not bear any testing charges.
15) Contractor shall be responsible for the safety of their personnel. BARC shall not be liable to
pay any compensation in this regard . All the tools, tackles & scaffolding to be arrange by the
part y.
16) No contractor persons will be permitted without a proper verification/character certificate by
police . The contractor has to arrange for the above .
17) All work to be carried out by the party only . Party can visit the site for assessment of the job
before quoting. All consumables and accessoriesand material required to carry out the job has to
be arranged by the contractor.
18) Please state clearly whether the prospective contractor has any relation in BARe or
thecontractor himself is an Ex-employee of BARe or contractor has an ex-employee of DAE
on his pay-rolls Yes/No, if yes please indicate name clearly.
19) Any of the conditioned mentioned above not followed may cause the work order to be
cancelled.
