Dear Sirs,

Quotations are invited for the minor fabrication job "Fabrication, assembly of jigs and fixtures and supply of
assembled Dipole magnet unit" as per the technical specifications -.r' Dipole magnetJ2015/01
2.
Bidder shall quote for the machining and fabrication, with raw materials excluding the materials
mentioned as purchaser free issue material mentioned in the technical specification. Taxes, V A T and
Excise Duties shall be quoted separately.
3.
The quotation must reach Head CnID by due date
and must be sent in a sealed envelope
super scribed with the reference number & the due date given above. ( By Indian post/speed post only)

Any modification required during the fabrication process shall be made after approval from our
engineer.
6. The bidder shall complete the same within 4 months. from the date of firm work order issued to the
bidder.

Head, CnID reserves the rights to accept ! reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
8. Delivery charges if any must be clearly mentioned in the offer.
9.
Quotation must also indicate the validity of offer.
10. Quotation should be submitted on printed format along with PAN, V AT & CST. Computer generated
format and without PAN, VAT & CST, the quotation will be rejected.

This material is to be transported from BARC to fabricators site and the responsibility for
transportation is of fabricator itself at its own cost.

The FIM will be issued against submission of insurance policy of about 15 lacs Indian rupees with
risks to be covered for any loss or damage to the purchaser materials due to fire, theft, riot , burglary
, strike , civil commotion etc and any damage arising out of other causes such as other material
falling on purchasers material. The beneficiary shall be the “The President of India acting through
Head, CnID, E&I Group, BARC”.
