All competitions overall inspired theme for 2015 is “The road with Ginger” 2. All approved applicants will provide all own ingredients, tools, equipment and anything needed during competition, including water. 3. All competitions start precisely on time as stated per competition. 4. Only approved competitors may compete in any given competition. 5. Must complete “sweet” within the time limit stated per competition. 6. “Sweet” must be made according to above stipulations. 7. All competitions end product must be according to above stipulations. 8. Organizers get all rights to take photos during competition and of end product to be used freely for publication in any way they see fit. 9. All competitors will conduct in a professional and civilized manner during the competition. 10. Responsible for clean-up, clearing of all personal tools, appliances etc immediately once finished. 11. Competitor will abide by all rules of each competition. 12. All competitors will wear chefs clothing or full aprons during competition, displaying chef or competitor name, company brand name if applicable. 13. All approved competitors will provide the organizers with full colour logo in 300 dpi 250px x 300px, name and title of competitor and of assistant where applicable for printing reasons. 14. No late arrivals on the day of the competition will be allowed to part take and will be eliminated immediately. Assistance during the competitions; 1. The Most Amazing Sugar Art Competition, The most Amazing Cake Competition and the Most Amazing Chocolate Competition may have an assistant during the competition. a. The assistant will be dressed in the proper way (chefs clothing and have a name badge) 2. The Most Amazing Ginger Bake Competition, Most Amazing Gingerbread man Competition and The Most Amazing Cupcake Competition will work solo during the competition. All rules subject to change with notification to all participants. All competitions will be judged on; 1. Creativity 2. Originality 3. Skill 4. Craftsmanship 5. Display 6. Taste (where appropriate) Judges to be announced two weeks prior to event.
