Come along and give it a try. Suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. Sun Style Tai Chi Chuan This is a form of internal martial arts created by Grand Master Sun Lu Tang. It is the art of balance and the ability to stay balanced, this takes a lot of practise, to maintain this you need to be fluid and relaxed. To do this we address the body and mind, we initially discover, just how much tension we all hold onto, in various parts of the body. All people—men, women, old and young, may practise this art and achieve a balanced state of wholeness and wellbeing. The overall softness and flow of movements, helps the flow of the Qi which channels the internal energy.
