NOTICE TO MEMBERS REGARDING PROPOSED DE-AMALGAMATION
Canterbury Leagues Club Limited (“the Club”) and the Bay Sports Club (now Bateau Bay
Bowling Club No 2 Limited) (“BBBC”) are proposing to de-amalgamate, so that BBBC can
amalgamate with Wyong Rugby League Club Limited.
Accordingly, for purposes of Regulation 7A(2) of the Registered Clubs Regulation, the Club
notifies members that:
(a)
on 13 April 2015 the Club will make an application to the Independent
Liquor and Gaming Authority to formally de-amalgamate with BBBC and
pursuant to section 60 of the Liquor Act to transfer the club licence held by
the Club in respect of the premises at Bateau Bay to BBBC; and
(b)
submissions on the proposed de-amalgamation may be made to the
Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority within thirty (30) days of the
application being lodged.
