ABOUT

This one day event featuring over 200 vendors, creates an opportunity for attendees to connect with
vendors EXCLUSIVELY in the party industry. Attendees will have an opportunity to discover unfamiliar
products and services that will enlighten, astonish and inspire their child’s next celebration.
The advertising campaign is diverse in its approach and takes into consideration the variety of
cultures and the ways in which we celebrate life.
Vendors and Sponsors will have an opportunity to showcase their business and services.
Attendees will be presented a variety of themes and ideas for baby’s 1st Birthday, Sweet Sixteen,
Quinceañera, Coming of Age, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Doljanchi, eighteenth to turning twenty one and
more.
GIVEAWAYS AND ACTIVITIES
Adults and children will indulge in a plethora of activities throughout the day.
The day will give them a glimpse of what to expect for their own personal celebration of life.

MARKETING STRATEGY
Social media is the leading industry for connecting, we are actively engaging your future clients on
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest. Through a combination of search engine
optimization, social media optimization, direct/traditional marketing and email campaigns
increasing our database and networking referrals.
Through the utilization of targeted ads, engagement, optimization, and direct voice marketing via
our mailing list we will effectively corner the market. Simultaneously customized high visibility post
cards, flyers, business cards and website promotion will engage our target market and spread the
word about the World’s Largest Children’s Party Expo.
