fund raiser on Saturday, May 9th.
This was the 10th year for this event and the third year
Brooks DeBartolo has participated, according to Mrs.
Williams, Business Manager at Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate High School.
The Tampa Bay Times reported that the charity event
had over 6,500 participants and raised more than
$650,000. This total is expected to rise with online donations, which will be accepted through June 30th.
100 percent of the donations and registration fees received directly support cancer research at Moffitt. Check

Principal’s Corner
Dear BDCHS
families,
As we come to
the end of the
school year, I
wanted to express my appreciation on behalf of the faculty, staff, and
administration for being a part
of the BDCHS community and
for supporting the school.
Each year we seek ways for
continuous improvement so
that we can live our motto,
“Soaring to New Heights.”
Each year we face new challenges, but we reach new
milestones.
This year, families contributed more volunteer hours than
ever before and students
achieved excellence in vari-
ous academic and athletic
competitions.
Our faculty continues to develop and grow in their own
professional development
and continuing educational
pursuits.
We will have one more

the summer. I look forward
