July 16, 2015 Beltrami County History Center, 130 Minnesota Avenue SW, 6:00-8:00pm; Opening reception for their new exhibit
“Good Sports of the North.” The exhibit highlights sports and community in the county and will include displays on Red Wilson
and Horace May among others. The reception is free. The exhibit will be open Friday and Saturday for standard admission fee.

July 18-19, 2015 48th Annual Watermark Art in the Park, 426 Bemidji Avenue N (Library Park); The Watermark’s annual Art in the
Park has been a summer highlight for local residents and visitors from all over the country since 1967. This juried fine arts and craft fair
located on the shores of Lake Bemidji in beautiful, tree lined Library Park boasts an annual attendance of over 4,000 visitors. Art in the
Park features over 100 artists, a dozen food vendors, and live entertainment, all within easy reach and walking distance to downtown

• Paul Bunyan Vintage Car Show, 2900 Division Street W, 8:00am-3:00pm; The 2015 Paul Bunyan Vintage Auto Club Show will be held
at the Bemidji High School facilities once again. This provides us with a clean show area, air conditioned commons, modern clean
bathrooms, room for indoor seminars, and a large visiting and indoor vending areas. We also have the big tent for outdoor seminars.
Our featured cars under the tent this year are: 1) Wes Rydell’s rare “The Black Bow Tie” 1935 Chevy Phaeton, the winner of “America’s
Most Beautiful Roadster” national competition held in Pomona, California. 2) Merle Gallant’s MSRA 2014 “Minnesota Street Rod of
the Year” 1940 Ford pick-up truck. These cars plus all other “collector cars” are welcomed and make up a wonderful show of cars and
“car show” friends.
• Lake Bemidji State Park Sunday Concert (in the amphitheater under the pines), 3401 State Park Road NE, at 2:00pm; the performance
will be by the Big Bass Ramblers. There is no charge for the concert. As always, a vehicle permit ($5 daily, $25 annual) is required to
