Benchwarmers 2014 Official Roster and Contract
AS FURTHER CONSIDERATION for the consent of Benchwarmers Sports Complex to play softball, each of us, the undersigned players,
acknowledge, understand and agree that:
A. I am at least 18 years old;
B. The following are prohibited at Benchwarmers Sports Complex: 1.metal spikes, 2.fake tagging base runners,3.crashing into other players, 4.throwing bats and/or other
equipment, and 5.engaging in conduct hazardous to anyone;
C. Before each game, I will personally inspect the playing field (including infield and outfield) and observe, locate and take note of any variances in ground conditions or other
hazards which may interfere with safe play.
D. Before each game I will observe and take note of all fences, barriers and obstructions which may pose hazards to players during the game.
E. Playing softball is dangerous to myself and others. Benchwarmers Sports Complex encourages players to use helmets and any other equipment to reduce or eliminate the risk
of injury. Benchwarmers Sports Complex requires players to conduct themselves, both on and off the field, in a fashion to reduce or eliminate the risk of injury. Sliding and similar
conduct may be dangerous to myself or others. I assume all risks of injury incurred or suffered while on the premises of Benchwarmers Sports Complex.
F. I release and agree not to sue Benchwarmers Sports Complex for any claim, damage, cost or cause of action which I have or may in the future have as a result of injuries or
damages sustained while on the premises of Benchwarmers Sports Complex; and
G. I will obtain a copy of Benchwarmers Sports Complex Rules and Regulations from my coach or manager and, before the first game of the season I will read and understand
them I understand these Rules and Regulations are also available at www.benchwarmerslapeer.com. Thereafter, whenever I am on the premises, I will obey the Rules and
Regulations.
H. I further grant the Released Parties the right to photograph and/or videotape me and/or my child or ward and further to display, use and/or otherwise exploit my and/or my
child or ward's name, face, likeness, voice, and appearance forever and throughout the world, in all media whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe in
perpetuity (including, without limitation, in online webcasts, television, motion pictures, films, newspapers, and magazines) and in all forms including, without limitation, digitized
images, whether for advertising, publicity, or promotional purposes, including, without limitation, publication of Event results and standings, without compensation, reservation or
limitation, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties for any Claims associated with such grant and right to use.
EACH OF US, the undersigned players have read the above terms of the Official Team Roster and Contract, understand the terms and
agree to abide by them.

MANAGER'S INFORMATION
Manager certifies that only players officially signed on the rosters will be allowed to play at Benchwarmers Sports Complex.
Manager also understands that in order to accommodate a complete season, Benchwarmers Sports Complex reserves the
right to schedule makeup games at a time/day convenient to our availability of diamonds. We will do our best to
accommodate your listed priority time. If It becomes impossible for us to do so, your team will be required to play the
makeup game at the time/day scheduled by Benchwarmers Sports Complex, or you will forfeit said game.
