Prizes:
For Beograd Open organizers will provide medals for the first three
athletes in each class. Cups and other prizes for winners in MW21E.
Note:
Organizer will provide basic medical help at finish area.
Competitors take a part of their own renspossibility and
competitors are not insured by the organizer.
Open categories: All Open categories (Easy, Medium and Advance) in both events are
direct categories. They have divided passage trough the start boxes
and competitiors entered in that categories are free to start as they
wish.
3.4.2015. - Babe Cup, Stage 1 – Middle
Finish area / Event Center:

 Hotel car-park GPS coordinates: 44°32'14.15"N 20°31'0.68"E
 Distance from finish to start: 1400 meters. Route will be clearly marked by color
tapes. Competitors can leave their own staff at the finish area.

Start-time interval: 2 minutes
Start area would consist two boxes:
1st start box – (-2 minutes). Checking competitors, clear/check SI card
2nd start box – (-1 minutes)
Start box – start point ( triangle on a map): 100 m. The route to start point will be
clearly marked.

Other info:
Competitors can use toilent inside the hotel. Entrance in the hotel with spikes shoes is
strictly forbidden.
Control point equipment:
For setting up a control points we will not use aluminum sticks that are usual on
orienteering competitions in Serbia .
Control flags will be placed on the trees and on the prescribed height from the
ground. SI stations will be set as follows:
 on the same tree as the control flags or somewhere near in radius 1 meter from the
control flags .
 SI station go below the marks and will be clearly marked with paper .
Example on the pictures:
Aluminum sticks will be used in places where terrain conditions ( open terrain) is not
suitable for setting the control points on described way.
4.4.2015. - Beograd open, Stage 1 – Sprint
Finish area / Event Center: Elementary school “United Nations”
 GPS coordinates: 44°44'48.39"N, 20°25'9.66"E
 The school will be open and competitors may leave their staff inside a building in a
big hall. It is forbbiden to walk out of the taped area inside the building and in the
school-yard.
 The toilet in school are forbbiden to use. Organizer will provide a mobile toilets for
athlets. Please, behave according to the instructions.
 Running shoes with spikes are forbbiden.
Start:
12:00 – “0” start.
Start-time interval: 1 minute
Start corridor will consist 2 boxes:
1st start box – (-2 minutes). Checking competitors, clear/check SI card
2nd start box – (-1 minutes). Preparing for start.
A competitor is invited to come in the first box when start timer shows his-her start
time.
 Start box – start point ( triangle on a map): 50 m. The route to start point will be
clearly marked.







5.4.2015. - Beograd open, Stage 2 – Long, Avala
Finish area / Event Center: Finish area, Hut “Čarapićev Brest”
 GPS coordinates: 44°41'43.56"N 20°31'17.62"E
 Distance finish-start: 600 meters with 90 meters attitude. Route will be clearly
marked. NOTE: Mentioned that way to the start will be steep. Altough, foothpat to
the start boxes is a thiny one so the best solution for the competitors, according to
the organizers, to do their warming-up around the finish area. Get calculate your
time well and how long it take to you to the start boxes.
 There will be a mobile toilets in the finish arena.
