1 - Vocals (at least SM58 beta or equivalent we prefer wireless) on a normal stand
2 - Bandleader
1 x Mic for clarinet (at least AKG 414 or equivalent ) on a boom stand
1 x Mic for announcement (at least SM58 beta or equivalent) on a normal stand
3 - Solo mic. For horns (at least AKG 414 or equivalent ) on a boom stand
4 - Piano (at least 2x shure sm81or equivalent )
5 - Guitar (at least AKG 414 or equivalent ) on a normal stand with a short boom arm
6 - Double bass 1 x D.I.
7 - Drums
- 3 x overhead (carioid condersor) on a large stand with a long boom arm
- 1 x basdrum (at least D112 or equivalent )
- 1 x snare mic
- 1 x mic hi-hat

- Trombones
(at least AKG 414 or equivalent ) on a boom stand
10+11+12
- Trumpet’s
(at least AKG 414 or equivalent ) on a boom stand
13+14
- Tenor Saxophone (at least AKG 414 or equivalent ) on a boom stand

- Alt Saxophone
(at least AKG 414 or equivalent ) on a boom stand
Monitors:
Clean, natural sounding monitors
At least 4 separate groups
- Group 1 vocals
- Group 2 Trombone, trumpet & sax sections
- Group 3 Piano, clarinet & announcements and Solo mic
- Group 4 bas & drums
Electricity:
- clean 16A/230V on stage as described at the stage layout (16A/230V).
Required equipment:
5 chairs without arm rests for artist numbers 5 guitar and 13, 14, 15, 16 saxes
1 Adjustable Piano Stool.
1 bar stool for the bass player.
NB: the trombonists and trumpet players will play standing up (artist numbers 8 tot 12).
Preferably, a grand piano, tuned to 442 Hz on the day of the concert.
Lighting:
Sufficient lighting for the music stands. Further, some side and front lighting so that the band is
clearly visible. Warm colors.
The band will bring its own band stands.
All requirements above are based on full equipment needed. For a lot of locations not all
requirements are needed. Therefore, please contact us upfront (at least 48 hrs prior to the
event) to discuss the actual requirements.
