All terms and provisions hereinafter and hereinbefore set forth part of one and the same contract.
1. LOAD IN & HOSPITALITY (through out the engagement):
- Freshly brewed coffee
- Assortment of herbal teas
- Fresh fruit: strawberries, prunes, pineapples (cut and portioned), plums, apples, etc.
- Freshly chopped lemon
- Chopped ginger
- Fresh mint
- Organic milk
- Honey
- Sugar in the Raw
- Sandwiches
- Cookies
- Bananas (Organic)
- 10-12 protein bars (preferably Luna or Balance)
- 2 Bottles of Red Wine (Bordeaux, Lynch-Bages, or equivalent. Please no Cabernet or Syrah)
- 1 bottle Jack Daniels
- Mineral Water (San Pelegrino or Evian)
- Spring Water preferred for individual bottles on stage.
- Individual Coca-Cola bottles or cans
- Vitamin Water “Power C”
- Gatorade (NO red or orange, Mango preferred)
- Apple juice
- Fresh orange juice
- Assortment of Corona, Sierra Nevada, Bass, etc. (please no Budweiser, Coors or Malt Liquor)
-or- 11 drink tickets
- 2 paper handle bags
Food Restrictions:
ABSOLUTELY NO: Coconut, corn, or processed cheese
2. DINNER:
Hot meals for 11 (eleven) people with beverages
Chicken or fish with vegetable. Potatoes or rice. Green salad. Bread. Cheese. Desserts
3. PER DIEMS:
If for some reason the above is not provided, the buy option. $20 USD per meal, per day, per person.
4. LODGING:
11 Single rooms or 5 Singles/ 3 Doubles
Preferred 4/5 star hotels
(Marriott, Holiday Inn Express, “W” Hotel or better)

5. DRESSING ROOMS:
LES NUBIANS & Background Vocals :
A secured, well lit, comfortable room with electricity, and private bathroom facilities, either connected to the
dressing room or within a reasonable distance. Bathroom facilities should provide hot and cold running water,
soap, toilet paper and hand towels.
Candles, incense (Musk or Nag Champa), full length mirror, easy chairs and sofas, 1 iron with ironing board to be
included
MUSICIANS:
A secured, well lit, comfortable room with electricity, with full length mirror, easy chairs or sofa, etc… for seven
(7) people. As above this room shall be equipped with private bathroom facilities, either connected to the
dressing room or within a reasonable distance. Bathroom facilities should provide hot and cold running water,
soap, toilet paper and hand towels. Dressing Rooms must have a lock and key. Key to be given to Tour
Manager upon arrival.
On Stage: 9 bottles of room temperature spring water and 10 clean white towels
6. STAGEHANDS & TECHNICIANS:
The following guidelines are minimum requirements only, subject to the further requirements of the hall,
promoter and union(s) to perform all day-of-show activities in a safe and timely manner.
- Minimum of TWO (2) stagehands for load-in and set-up of band equipment.
- Stagehands as needed for load-in and set-up of Stage, Lighting and Audio equipment.
- Lighting technicians as needed for focus and operation of lights. (Min. 1 per follow-spot, 1 per lighting
console position, 1 per dimmer position)
- Audio technicians (min. 2) as needed to assist ARTIST’s FOH and monitor engineers.
- ARTIST’s Engineers reserves the right to operate sound and light consoles during the show.
- Minimum of TWO (2) stagehands for strike and load-out of Band Equipment.
- 1 wardrobe person for assistance from end of sound check until show – steamer & iron.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT PURCHASER WILL NOT ADD TO DELETE FROM OR MAKE
ALTERATIONS TO THE CONTRACT OR CONTRACT RIDER, WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF
ARTIST. THIS RIDER, TOGETHER WITH THE CONTRACT ATTACHED, CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES.

VISITING PRODUCTION OFFICE (If Available)
A clean, well-ventilated office must be available for the sole use of the Artist's touring staff. This room must be
available from (60) minutes prior to load-in time until (60) minutes after completion of load-out, located in the
backstage area as close as possible to the stage, and contain:
1 large table or 2 desks
4 comfortable office-style ‘task’ chairs
2 electrical quad outlets
1 ream of white A4 copy paper
1 standard photocopy machine, typically for a few dozen copies once a day. If not available, a runner familiar
with the nearest photocopy service.
Broadband internet connection with at least one RJ45 port.
2 phone lines with touch-tone telephones, pre-designated as: ‘phone’ and ‘fax/data’, with direct dial in and out
of the Venue phone system.
Artist will not be responsible for any unauthorized calls
Artist's management must be notified of all phone and fax numbers
-We may arrive overnight by bus and need to immediately use facility showers-
