In 2015, our Equine Centre Conference
returns to the theme of Equine Sports
Medicine. This conference will provide the
latest information on diagnostic and
therapeutic approaches to performance
limiting conditions encountered in equine
athletes.
Dr. Rachel Murray is a specialist surgeon
with the Animal Health Trust in the United
Kingdom with a particular interest in Sport
Horse lameness and vast experience with
advanced imaging techniques. Dr. Murray
will present talks on aspects of the diagnosis
and management of musculoskeletal
injuries in sport horses.
Dr Emmanuelle van Erck
DVM, PhD, Dip ECEIM
Dr. Emmanuelle van Erck is a specialist
internist based in Europe who impressed us
so much at our 2013 conference we have
invited her back! Dr. van Erck will present
information on assessing and maintaining
fitness in athletic horses and discuss the
management of conditions of the respiratory
tract and the heart of equine athletes.
