Position Title: Global Outreach Coordinator
Position Status: Part Time – 20 hours weekly
Responsible to: Global Outreach Director
Position Summary: The Global Outreach Coordinator will work directly with Bethel’s Global Outreach Director
to administrate Bethel’s global mission trips ensuring that our people are equipped and mobilized to influence
the world and make disciples.

• Exhibits traits of a disciple of Jesus. Maintains a mature walk with the Lord.

Experience on mission trips and in mission’s development
•
Passion for missions
•
Strong administrative abilities
•
Ability to build and work with teams
•
Is able to maintain flexibility in dealing with different cultures
•
Ability to work occasional evening or weekends
Responsibilities and Duties:
•
Respond to global partnerships initiated by the Outreach director/Outreach team and turn them into
the reality of quality mission trips.
•
Administrate mission trips in all areas ranging from pre-field scheduling to post- field debriefing.
•
Coordinate pre and post trip training, orientation, and debriefing for trips.
•
Review the applications to ensure that the requirements for participation are met.
•
Promote trips through the web site and other media.
•
Oversee the budgets for trips ensuring compliance with Outreach Team directives.
•
Stay current with all IRS laws and regulations and keep Bethel’s policies in compliance.
•

Respond to administrative needs of the Global Leadership teams.
Act as the “communication hub” between leadership teams, global director, volunteers, global
partners, and congregation.
