Join Bethesda T-Ball and Softball 2015!!
T-Ball games are Wednesday evenings at 6:45.
Softball games are on Monday evenings, time varies.
 T-Ball - (ages 5–7 years old) Coach pitches 3 balls. If child doesn’t hit, the
child hits off the Tee and runs bases. All children in batting order hit before
inning changes.
 Softball – (ages 7-10 years old) Coach pitches softballs. Outs are counted
and score is kept.
 Softball – (ages 11 and up) Youth pitch softballs. Outs are counted and
score is kept.
All teams are co-ed.
Deadline to guarantee a spot on a team: April 30
Games scheduled to start the week of May 18.
Uniforms: Each player will need a Bethesda Sports T-shirt. If you already have a
green Bethesda Sports shirt from last year with the new logo, you do not need to
purchase a new one. New players are asked to purchase a shirt, which they will
keep and also be able to use for future Bethesda Sports.
Cost: A minimal activity fee is requested of $15.00 per player, (a maximum of
$40.00 per family) to offset some of the costs. In addition to playing ball for the
season, all players will receive pictures, an award, and ticket to the Sports Ministry
Banquet. Financial aid is available, if this fee presents a hardship.

registration box or church office.

Parental Waiver, Release of Liability and Indemnification Agreement
I, the undersigned, as the parent or legal guardian of the child named below, do hereby give my full
consent and approval for my child to participate as a member of the Bethesda Evangelical Church
tball/softball team and league. I understand that there are certain risks of damages and injuries inherent in
the practice and play of tball and softball as well as in traveling in other related activities incidental to my
child’s participation, and I am willing to assume these risks on behalf of my child. In addition to giving
my full consent for my child’s participation, I do hereby release, discharge, and agree not to sue Bethesda,
any volunteers, employees, softball league, or any person connected with tball or softball. I further agree
on behalf of myself and my child that I will hold harmless and release all parties from any and all claims.
