DORSET, DEVON AND CORNWALL CRC ATR 2015 30 The Dorset, Devon and Cornwall Community Rehabilitation Company provide Probation Services to medium and low risk of harm service users who are subject to various statutory functions of supervision and rehabilitation, and interventions to all risk groups, in order to reduce future reoffending behaviour and contribute to public protection. We are looking for a Head of Operations Permanent – Full Time (37 hours per week) Salary: £56,657 £71,939 Ref: ATR 2015 – 30 This post offers an exciting opportunity, as part of the senior management team, to shape and be responsible for delivering a transformation in the way service users are helped to stop further offending and the public is better protected. The Dorset, Devon and Cornwall CRC is one of three CRC’s within the Working Links group. The Head of Operations will be responsible for leading and managing operational delivery of Offender Management, Interventions, Community Payback and Through the Gate services to prisoners, to ensure contractual and company standards are met, and contribute to the wider transformation strategy across Working Links. The role is based throughout the DDC geographical area although the role will involve extensive regional travel and some national travel, including overnight stays. Applicants should have previously held a senior management position within a Criminal Justice setting, with a demonstrable track record of delivering strong performance and major change.
