Welcome to the 16th Annual
Western Washington Quilt Shop Hop
This flyer is your directory of the locally owned quilt shops from Lynden to
Vancouver. The shop’s ads include directions and phone numbers to help you
navigate your way to all of the shops. The first step is for you to pick up your
passport at any participating shop after June 1st, 2014, or download it from
our website www.washingtonquiltshophop.com
SHOP HOP HOURS
All participating shops will be open
9am to 8pm - Wednesday to Saturday
10am to 5pm - Sunday
Get your passport stamped at each shop that you visit during the Hop. To be
eligible for prizes, you will turn in a passport stamped by at least 16 shops by
Sunday at 5pm. Make sure your name, address, phone number, and email address is printed clearly on the passport. Also check the box indicating that you
are over 21.
BLOCK KITS & FABRICS
As you travel on the shop hop, you will have your passport stamped at each
shop and will receive a kit for a quilt block that will include the block pattern
created by the individual shop along with three fabrics. Included will be one
piece of the Shop Hop theme fabric, one piece of a coordinate fabric, and one
fabric of shop’s choosing. You will need to provide other fabrics, if necessary, to finish your block. Finishing kits will be for sale - price and availability
varies from shop to shop.

SHOP HOP PRIZES
Sewing Machine - Two lucky Hoppers will win a Babylock sewing machine
donated by the participating shops, and Longview Sewing. Retail value is
approximately $3,500 each. Machine winners are chosen from all passports
received with 16 or more stamps by Sunday, June 22nd. The model is subject
to availability.
Quilt Retreat - One luck Hopper will win a 3 day/2 night quilt retreat for up
to 6 friends at Jolyn’s Quilt Away at beautiful Lake Limerick in Shelton. Retreat space includes 5 beds/2 bath private space with full kitchen and quilting area complete with fireplace.
Gift Boxes - TWENTY FIVE hoppers will win a box stuffed with fabric, books,
patterns, and notions. Retail value approximately $250/each.
Gift Certificates - 98 hoppers will win $20 gift certificates from participating shops. Certificates are redeemable only at the shop from which it is issued.
