Quilt Basics Perfect for beginners or quilters with just a little experience, our Quilt Basics class covers many common methods used in quilting. Included in this seven part class is: rotary cutting, accurate machine piecing, strip piecing, triangle unit methods, paper piecing, log cabin piecing, border application, layering, machine quilting and binding. The most common response from quilters completing this class is that they received superior instruction, had fun, and that they can approach their next quilt project with confidence. Clubs RUNNER OF THE MONTH: Table runners are perfect for seasonal décor, for gifts, or just for practicing your quilting skills. Each month we feature a new runner sample. OLD MAID CLUB: This is not a club for singles; it is a club for quilters who love playing with fabric and quilt blocks! Based on the book, “501 Rotary Cut Quilt Blocks” by Judy Hopkins, we make 6 blocks a month for 10 months. With block fabric leftovers, you can create a crazy quilt border for a big finish!
