Eighth International Virus Assembly Symposium 17-21 May 2015, Dubrovnik Dear All, With great pleasure we announce the Eighth International Virus Assembly Symposium, celebrating its 20th Anniversary. In keeping with tradition, this event will be held in an exciting and relaxing environment. On this occasion we have chosen the beautiful surroundings of Dubrovnik and the event will take place from 1721 May 2015. Combined with extraordinary scientific sessions, you will find the opportunity to enjoy the fabulous cuisine of the region and take part in pleasant social activities. As with previous symposia, we will focus on structural aspects of viruses including entry, assembly, hostvirus interaction and release. In addition, there will be a session on application of virus structures including antivirals, drug delivery and vaccines. Please submit a title of your presentation as soon as possible. Registration: We have worked hard to keep the costs as close as possible to the fees for the last Symposium and the price per person will be €890, which includes the registration fee, accommodation (single occupancy room), full-board for the duration of the conference (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Coffee breaks as well as a welcome reception and farewell banquet) as well as an excursion to Old Town Dubrovnik followed by an evening meal. Sharing rooms (double occupancy) are available at a cost of €760 per person for two scientists attending the symposium or €720 for a non-scientific companion.
