The regatta will be governed by the ‘rules’ as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing with the exception that no score will be excluded. Appendix T Alternative Procedures for Dispute Resolution, section A Penalties at the Time of the Incident and section B Penalties Taken After a Race, will apply. 2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY 2.1 The regatta is open to all one-design classes. Each class having five boats registered and sailing at the start of the first race will be scored as a fleet. There will also be open dingy and keelboat fleets. 2.2 All participants must register onsite. Only onsite registrations will be considered eligible boats for competition. Preregistration is available online by contacting the event chair. 3. FEES Entry Fees: $50.00 Dinner: $15.00, per dinner (Saturday Night) Lunches: $6.00, per lunch (Available Saturday and Sunday) 4. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS Sailing instructions will be available at registration 6. RACE AREA All races will be on Lake Logan Martin, between the Dam and Clear Creek 7. SCORING 7.1 The Low Point Scoring System of Appendix A (The Racing Rules of Sailing 2013-2016) will apply, except that a boat’s final score shall be the sum of all races, with no throw outs. This changes rule A2. 7.2 Five(5) races are scheduled. One race will constitute a series. 8. PRIZES Prizes will be awarded per class as follows: Fleet Size 5-6 boats 7-9 boats 10-12 boats 13+ boats Trophies 1st and 2nd 1st, 2nd, and 3rd 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th 9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See Rule 4, Decision to Race.
