Please mail completed application and payment to the Blairsville Community Development Authority: 130 W Market
Street, Blairsville, PA 15717. Must be post-marked by June 30, 2015 to guarantee your festival space.
Fees (all fees are non-refundable)
Art & Crafts: $35 per 10' space
Direct Sales: $35 per 10' space
Food Vendor: $50 for first 10' space; $25 for each additional 10' space
Nonprofit Vendor: $25 per 10' space
Promotional Vendor: $35 per 10' space
Vendor Definitions
Arts & Crafts Vendor: Arts & Crafts are defined as items which have been individually handmade or designed by the artist or
crafter represented, including pre-packaged homemade food products, such as jams or salsa.
Direct Sales Vendor: Direct Sales is defined as the marketing and selling of manufactured products or services directly to
consumers away from a retail location or storefront (e.g. Pampered Chef, Avon, etc.).
Food Vendor: A food vendor is defined as any business, person or persons whose primary purpose at the festival is selling
food or drinks for consumption on site, unless they are a church or nonprofit organization. Vendors selling pre-packaged
homemade food products, such as jams or salsa, will be considered a craft vendor.
Nonprofit Vendor: A nonprofit vendor includes churches and nonprofit organizations. Regardless of activity type, churches
and nonprofit organizations will be charged the lower, nonprofit vendor fee.
Promotional Vendor: A promotional vendor is defined as any business, person or persons whose primary purpose at the
festival is distributing information and/or material to promote a business or political campaign.
Festival Policies
 Vendors must be from Blairsville or surrounding areas.
 Direct Sales may be permitted at the festival, if the owner/salesperson is a resident of the Blairsville area.
 The festival committee may choose to limit the number of Direct Sales vendors that can participate in the festival.
 We aim for diversity in the food being sold, and we will not accept multiple vendors selling very similar offerings.
 The BCDA has exclusive rights on the sale of lemonade.
