NOTICE OF ELECTION ON TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE TEN MILL LIMITATION
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Education of the Coshocton
County Joint Vocation School District of Coshocton, Ohio passed on the 11th day of December, 2014,
there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of
voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May, 2015, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill
limitation, for the benefit of the Coshocton County Joint Vocational School District for the purpose of
general permanent improvements. Tax being an additional tax of 1 mill at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for
each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5
years, commencing in 2015, first due in calendar year 2016.
The polls for the election will open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.

NOTICE OF ELECTION ON TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE TEN MILL LIMITATION
Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Education of the Fairless Local
School District of Navarre, Ohio passed on the 13th day of January, 2015, there will be submitted to a
vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th
day of May, 2015, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of the
Fairless Local School District for the purpose of providing for the emergency requirements of the School
District. Tax being an additional tax of 8.9 mills at a rate not exceeding 8.9 mills for each one dollar of
valuation, which amounts to $0.89 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 10 years, commencing
in 2015, first due in calendar year 2016.
The polls for the election will open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Union Cemetery Board of the Joint Union
Cemetery of Uhrichsville, Ohio passed on the 11th day of January, 2015, there will be submitted to a
vote of the people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th
day of May, 2015, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of
Joint Union Cemetery for the purpose of operating and maintaining Union Cemetery. Tax being a
renewal of an existing tax of 0.48 mill at a rate not exceeding 0.48 mill for each one dollar of valuation,
which amounts to $0.048 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2015,
first due in calendar year 2016.
The polls for the election will open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.

people at the Primary Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of May,
2015, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of the Village of
Mineral City for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets,
roads and bridges. Tax being an additional tax of 2 mills at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each one
dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.20 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years,
commencing in 2015, first due in calendar year 2016.

levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of the City of Uhrichsville for the
purpose of providing ambulance service, emergency medical service, or both. Tax being a renewal of an
existing tax of 2.85 mills at a rate not exceeding 2.85 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which
amounts to $0.285 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2015, first due
in calendar year 2016.
