Joe in Washington State goes to his Boeing facility to work on the Boeing 787 as does Joe here at Boeing
South Carolina(BSC). Both Joes are hardworking dedicated teammates proud to be working on the most
advance airplane.

Per the IAM contract Washington Joe receives an
automatic increase of .50 cents every six months plus
the negotiated general wage increases. (Example does
not include COLA protection from inflation or Bonuses)

years Joe is receiving a .95 cent yearly increase.
