Important: For the dog to be shown in the Champion class it is absolutely
essential to enclose a copy of the champion certificate and pedigree with this
entry form. Dogs are only listed in the catalogue if the entry form and the payment is
available to the committee of the club show on the above mentioned deadlines.
Please fill in clearly (type or clear handwriting) one entry form for each dog and
send it to the subscription office not later than März 31, 2015.
The floor is paved in concrete, so please bring a blanket along.
