Purchase Agreement
By filling out and submitting this form, I agree to purchase the number of live chickens listed below. The
chickens will be processed on my behalf. The processed chickens will be picked up from the processor by BP
Farms and stored in BP Farms freezers until I pick up the chicken. I agree to pay $8.95/lb dressed weight for my
chickens and understand that payment is due in full upon receipt of my chickens. I agree to these terms and

Your chickens will be vacuum sealed, one chicken per bag, and frozen. We’ll contact you by email when your
chickens will be ready for pick up; you may schedule pick up anytime thereafter.
