Ultiroller

CAT® Range
Description:
Conventional
Roller
®
Bradken’s Ultiroller has been developed to overcome problems inherent
in the OEM load roller design. By introducing an independent axle to
support the machine weight, the internal bearing surfaces are completely
lubricated 100% of the time. Ultirollers perform their load-carrying work at
lower operating temperatures than the OEM rollers and they last longer.
Contact between the bush and axle occurs at the base. This area is
constantly submerged in the lubricant which aids in decreasing the rate
of wear.
The single plated, two bolt retention system has been introduced to
simplify installation and remove the reliance on the side frame to set the
assembly float. This ultimately makes installation safer and more
efficient.
