BRADWELL LODGE

Car Parking
Currently charges are as follows:-
The Centre has two car parks, firstly the
main car park is at the side/rear this
has a number of disabled bays and
plenty of other spaces to accommodate
guests.
The secondary car park is at the front
and only has one disabled parking bay
and five other bays. Vehicles should
only be parked within a bay and not
be parked on the paths, as this
prevents pedestrians walking around
the car park in safety.
Both car parks are flood lit for your
convenience, safety and security.

What we have to offer you!
Main/Sports Hall
Room 2
Foyer/Reception & Bar
Our main/sport hall is the largest of the
available rooms to hire. This has a
capacity of 200 people seated in theatre
style and 150 for dancing or seated
around tables.
This is the smallest of the three meeting rooms,
with a capacity of 20 people seated in a theatre
style. Although this is the smallest room it still
has a fantastic view of the park and the natural
wildlife. Some of the original features still remain,
such as the freeze and majestic fireplace with its
inlaid tiled surround.
The access to the foyer from outside is via
a disable friendly ramp, giving access in to
the reception area. This reception is a
communal area for use by groups and is
used either for waiting, accessing other
parts of the building or as a lounge area
for the bar. The bar is available at an extra
cost and is run by trained professional
staff and well stocked.
The hall has its own stage, lighting and
sound system. We have an onsite disco,
D.J. and catering all available at an extra
cost.
This area is multi functional and with its
refurbished suspended wooden floor,
ideal for dancing and sporting use. The
hall already boasts badminton court
markings.
Room 1
This is the largest of the three meeting
rooms, with its views of Bradwell Park on
two sides and can hold 50 people seated
in theatre style.
This room comes with its own
kitchenette, which has proved very
popular for serving refreshments, allowing everything to be kept in the one room.
The room benefits from an Induction
Loop Hearing Enhancement system to
work with those wearing compatible
hearing aid devices.
Again this room benefits from an Induction Loop
as in room 1 and really lends itself to smaller
meetings. Although there is no kitchen,
refreshment facilities can be provided by prior
arrangement.
Room 3
This room is located at the front of the building
and gives the building it wonderful bay frontage,
which allows you to view outside from three
aspects. This room can hold 30 people in theatre
style seating format.
Although there is no kitchen, refreshment facilities
can once again be provided by prior
arrangements.
Some of the original features still remain, such as
the freeze and majestic fireplace with its inlaid
tiled surround. Again this room benefits from an
Induction Loop as in rooms 1 and 2.
Kitchen
The kitchen has recently been completely
renovated and has the use of a domestic
oven, grill and hob. There is a microwave
combination oven/grill, refrigerator and a
constant hot water bowser on the wall.
Although the kitchen is relatively new, it is
really only for re-heating food as it is not of
a commercial kitchen standard.
Toilets & Showers
We have three set of toilets, ladies, gentlemen's and disabled. All toilets have recently been decorated and all have showering
facilities to enable sports enthusiasts, the
option of freshening up after playing
games. The disabled toilet has an Assistance Required Pull Cord Alarm and baby
nappy changing facilities This area can be
easily shut off to allow exclusive access to
children when attending one of the many
activities designed for them.
