Entries are confined to horses registered with British Showjumping and must be ridden by adult, associate or junior
members in accordance with British Showjumping Rule 79. Rule 77 applies to all classes.
Faxed entries will NOT be accepted, nor will entries without correct payment.

DRAWN ORDER:
All competitors must declare to the Secretary each day at least ONE HOUR before the start of the class.
Class 5 will not be drawn order – numbers taken at the Collecting Ring – but ALL OTHER CLASSES WILL BE STRICTLY
DRAWN ORDER. It is the competitor’s responsibility to make sure they have enough time to start in the first class before
the drawn order commences in the TopSpec Arena on Sunday. DETAILS OF DRAWN ORDER WILL BE POSTED ON
THE WEB SITE APPROX 48HRS BEFORE THE SHOW www.bramham-horse.co.uk
SUBSTITUTIONS:
These will be permitted in accordance with Rule 79.4.
REFUNDS:
These will be permitted in accordance with Rule 79.5.
ADMISSION:
E-tickets will be used this year for the first time for both vehicles and people, and will be scanned upon entry to the
showground. Tickets can only be scanned once. Each accepted entry form will be issued with one vehicle e-ticket to
cover the horse box/trailer, two personal admission e-tickets per rider and one further personal admission e-ticket per
additional horse (all tickets will be day specific) – no further tickets will be given free of charge, and any vehicle or person
without an e-ticket will be charged the full on the gate price (£5 per vehicle/ £24 per person on Saturday/£18 per person
on Sunday). IF YOU REQUIRE EXTRA TICKETS, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU FILL IN THE RELEVANT DETAILS
ON THE ENTRY FORM AND ENCLOSE PAYMENT WITH YOUR ENTRY FEE, OR BOOK ADDITIONAL TICKETS AT
WWW.BRAMHAM-HORSE.CO.UK before 6th June 2015. PLEASE ENSURE THAT A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IS

HARD HATS:
A hard hat, manufactured to EN 1384, ASTMF 1163, PAS 015 or SNELL E2001 with Kite Mark or SEI or such other
suitable protective headgear as offers a similar or higher level of protection and is at least that of EN 1384, ASTMF 1163,
PAS 015, must be worn AT ALL TIMES.
CONDITIONS:
The Organisers retain the right to refuse entry and to amend details of the schedule with prior permission from British
Showjumping.
PRIZES:
General Rule 76.6 applies to all classes.
EQUINE:
ALL HORSES MUST HAVE A VALID CERTIFICATE OF IMMUNISATION AGAINST EQUINE INFLUENZA.

No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or
be prepared to compete in any competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public
are not put at risk of injury. See Rule 82.21
UNACCOMPANIED COMPETITORS
Unaccompanied Competitors must provide the Show Organiser a contact telephone number in case of an emergency. See
Rule 31.5
LIABILITY:
The organisers, Bramham Park Estate and British Showjumping accept no liability whatsoever for any damage, accident,
injury or illness to horses, riders, owners, spectators or any other person or property.
LOCATION:
Bramham Park is 5 miles south of Wetherby on the A1, and will be signposted from all directions.
