Entry Form Rules and Booking Conditions:
All players who cannot produce a CDH Number must produce a current, official
(CONGU) Handicap Certificate at check in.
All disputes/decisions shall be settled/made by the Tournament committee whose
decision shall be final.
No refunds will be made after 5 days prior to the tournament.
Closing date for entries will be 5 days prior to the tournament.
Tee Times will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
No entries will be accepted without full payment.
Please make all cheques payable to “Coventry Sports Trust”.
Call no more than 5 days before the tournament for details of tee times.
