Format and Rules:
1. Teams will play 8 + a goalkeeper. If teams have less than 8 field players, coaches are
asked to mutually agree upon a 7 + GK format or ‘share’ a field player or two. 2. Each team has one BYE week where they do not play.
3. If a goalkeeper is not present for either team, we will play with cones in the goal
(teams must score into the corners of the goal) OR teams can choose to play with an
extra field player and an open goal.
4. Games will consist of 2 25-minute halves with a 5 minute half-time. Please exit field
immediately following the game to allow for the next game or practice to start.
Games start promptly at 8:35, 9:35 and 10:35 and will end at 9:30, 10:30 and
11:30.
5. This is a league meant for competitive fun – we ask that fans and athletes
maintain a high level of sportsmanship so we can all enjoy the game we love.
6. Wins are worth 2 points, Ties are worth 1 point, and Losses are worth 0 points.
7. Please have your team wear PINNIES or have your teams bring a DARK and WHITE
shirt to their games. Teams listed first should be prepared to be WHITE, teams listed
second in DARK. Please have your team all wear the same color socks if possible.
8. There will not be a trainer present, but we will have ice and a first aid kit for minor
injuries. There are cold drinks and snacks for sale at All-Star Sports as well.
9. Shinguards, mouthguards and goggles are mandatory.

All teams have ONE BYE WEEK, where they do not play a game. After Week 5, all teams will have played
4 games, and we will move into crossover play. We will determine seeding for Week 6 using:
1) Overall Win/Loss Record (win=2, tie=1, loss=0)
2) Points (Goals scored – Goals against = ___)
3) Head to Head results if still tied
4) Coin Toss! We will try to avoid teams from the same pool playing each other in the final week.
