Bringing Hope Run 2015 Waiver A physical signed waiver is required for all participants, and must be presented to pick up your race packet. If participant is under the age of 18, waiver must be signed by a legal guardian. Packets may be picked up by a family member or friend, but the signed waiver of the racer must be present for this to happen. You must be 18 years of age to legally complete this registration. If the registrant is under 18, an authorized adult must complete this form and print the minor's name on the bottom line. I knowingly and at my own risk, and in consideration of my acceptance as a participant, hereby forever waive and release any and all claims for injuries or illness that I may incur as a direct or indirect result of my participation in this race against Yobel International, any and all participating non-profit organizations, Yobel Market, the Markel family, Colorado Springs Parks and Recreation, official race timer, sponsors, or any other group or individual assisting or associated with this race. None of the above is responsible for the loss of any personal items. I hereby do declare myself to be physically sound. I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal safety and welfare. I authorize and consent to the use of my name and/or picture in television, newsprint, advertisement or other media. If I forget to sign the waiver, I am signing it in spirit. I have read, understood, and do accept the agreement above. I understand that this is a legal document with effects that I approve and authorize. The registrant is the person(s) whose name is submitted as the recipient of the goods and services provided as a result of this transaction. I am authorized to agree to the terms of this document on behalf of the registrant. If the registrant is under 18 years of age, incapacitated, or mentally challenged, I assert that I am the parent/legal guardian or otherwise authorized to execute a legally binding agreement on behalf of the registrant.
