Who we are:
Royal is a private duty firm specializing in boutique type care services in our client’s private
homes. These services are available to those who require:
 Assistance with self-administered medications
 Personal Care – Including bathing, showering and incontinence management
 Homemaker Services including meal prep

Our Services Are Available to:
 The medically fragile including those with
pulmonary problems
 Those managing chronic obesity
 Those recovering from illness or injury, including
stroke survivors. Please inquire about services
to those whose worker’s compensation benefits
are paying for your cost of care while you
recuperate.
 Those managing dementia, including wanderers

Our Coverage Area:
We serve ten, (10) Pennsylvania counties including: Lehigh (Our
base), Montgomery, Bucks and Berks.

Our Personnel:
Our personnel are highly trained, sophisticated individuals trained in:
 Transfer and Ambulation
 Rendering Personal Care Safely and With Dignity
 Basic Medication Administration
V.
Reimbursement for Services
Our services range:
a. $23.50 per hour of service to $25.00 in a Standard Weekday Agreement
b. $24.50 to $25.50 per hour of service in Weekend Service Agreement
c. $35.00 to $36.00 per hour of service in Holiday Service Agreement which includes:










Medicaid Waiver
We cannot control the number of hours an authorized Medicaid care coordinator arranges for
a waiver enrollee. We must work within the authorized schedule provided. In the event our
client feels they are in need of more services than that which is authorized, this must be
arranged through the care coordinator or other representative of the Medicaid waiver agent.
