Since 1926 the Brownson house has provided recreational and educational programs to thousands of youth and
adults.
In 2004 the Vernon C. Neal Sportsplex was built, with
the co-operation and partnership with the Vernon C. Neal Foundation, the City of Washington, and the Brownson House.
The Brownson House located at Jefferson Ave. and the
Vernon C. Neal Sportsplex at the Washington Park. These facilities have enabled us to expand our sport’s programs for the children and adults in the Tri-State Area.
The programs at both locations have been instrumental in providing positive experiences. Teamwork, self-esteem and
pride in accomplishments are only a few of the experiences that
provide a positive approach for our youth.
The Art Sandusky Memorial Gold Tournament is named
after the former Executive Director of the Brownson house who
dedicated his life helping children.
We hope you will support this endeavor by participating in The Art Sandusky Memorial Golf Tournament.
