Services
The Audiology staff has over 15 years of experience
providing comprehensive hearing assessments for
infants and children of all ages. Our Center offers Auditory
Brainstem Response
(ABR)—testing that
requires tiny electrodes on
the head; and OtoAcoustic
Emissions (OAE)—testing
that uses a tiny probe
placed in the baby’s ear.
Our equipment is especially designed to meet the
needs of tiny ears. Neither test is painful nor
invasive. A majority of infants are able to sleep

conveniently located across from the Bristol Mall.
The Center offers five speech therapy offices and
two audiology testing offices, as well as a

In addition to hearing and speech/language
diagnostics and treatment, we offer hearing aid
repairs, accessories, and batteries. The Center
also provides custom swim molds and musician

Evaluation
Established in 1955, Bristol Regional Speech and
Hearing Center provides comprehensive diagnostic
and treatment services to meet the needs of
children and adults with speech, language, and
hearing problems. The Center offers state of the
art equipment that allows comprehensive hearing
assessments for infants and children of any age,

Bristol Regional Speech & Hearing Center offers
a broad range of diagnostic and rehabilitative
services related to hearing, speech and language.
Our Audiology Department partners with the East
Tennessee State University (ETSU) Doctor of
Audiology Program to provide a comprehensive
clinical training site for their students. The Center
added Cochlear Implant Mapping Services in 2009.
Services are provided for all ages of cochlear
