Quotations are invited for the rates of the items listed in the Annexure-1 subject to the
terms and conditions mentioned in Annexure- 11. Quotations must reach to the Joint
Secretary Room No 108 Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani by post or by hand or
by mail at E- mail address: [email protected] by 02:00 PM on 06/04/2015 the latest. The
quotations must be sent in a sealed cover superscripted as “Quotation Notice No 3 vide
letter No 619 /SDE date 26/03/2015
In case the quotationer does not implicitly follow all these instructions terms and conditions
(as in Annexure-11) Quotations may not be considered. The maximum period of delivery is
15 days from the date of placing the orders.
Quotations will be opened on the same day at 3pm by the authorized committee in the
presence of such quotationers or duly authorized representatives there of as may care to
attend.
