Summer School 2015 Counselor Selection: Process and Protocol Job Aid 3/31/2015 This job aid provides instructions for summer school principals in selecting counselors from the online summer school site. Hiring of counselors for summer school will take place from April 20-May 1, 2015. Step 1 Step 2 After receiving a list of approved counselors via email, go to http://bit.ly/CounselorSelection2015. Complete the information screen about yourself and your summer school and press continue. 2 Step 3 Complete the information screen about the counselor you selected using the priority criteria and press submit. Priority 1 – Recency as a high school counselor (within last six semesters) Priority 2 - Counselor assigned to the school where summer school is being held. 3 Step 4 Your response has been recorded so, you may now print your confirmation page.
