Boot Camp: $1.00 (Per Session)
Nonmembers: (Payment per session) $7 ‘walk-in’ rate per class, or
Water Classes: 3X/wk aquatic classes $80; 2X/wk aquatic classes $60
Land Classes: 3X/wk land classes $65; 2X/wk land classes $60; 1x/wk land classes $30
Wellness Walk Club: $12 per month
Pickleball: $25 per session

LAND CLASSES:
SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSIC® Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for
daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing
support.
SPINNING/CYCLING Indoor cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor will guide you through an incredible ride of
simulated hill-climbing, sprints, and races. A low-impact, high intensity workout that is adaptable to your fitness level! It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout.
You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the music. Hop on a bike, set the resistance and get prepared for the workout of your life!
Water and towels are a must!
LEGS & ABS This class targets the lower body and core abdominals with toning exercises designed to sculpt your body into the best shape you can be in!
UPPER BODY & ABS This class target the upper body and core abdominals with toning exercises to sculpt your body into the best shape you can be in!
CROSS TRAIN This cross training class combines a set of cardiovascular exercises to raise your heart rate and burn calories while adding resistance exercises to tone and sculpt
your muscles.
ABS
Start with a 30 minute total abdominal workout and end with a full body stretch.
WELLNESS WALK Walking is a great form of exercise. Join the club and walk laps in our gym during winter, spring, summer and fall.
PICKLEBALL Meet new friends and get in shape. Pickleball is a tennis-like game played on a badminton-sized court. It is played with a composite paddle and a wiffle ball over
a net. It is easy for beginners to learn. FREE for members. Non-members may pay the daily guest fee ($7) or the 6 week session fee ($25).
POOL/AQUATIC CLASSES: WATER FITNESS A conditioning program that works against the resistance of the water to increase strength and improve your overall fitness.
ARTHRITIS CLASS Arthritis Water Class is a program to improve flexibility, relieve pain, and decrease stiffness. Easy entry and exit to the pool.
AQUACIZE An aerobic program that consists of strengthening exercises in the pool all done to the beat of music!
PAID CLASSES:
KARATE $ =
Participants will learn self-defense techniques in the attacking and blocking positions of Shotokan Karate while building physical fitness, personal
character and self-confidence. Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. $:Sign-up and payment for karate classes is

Please refer to the session “Program” information for rates for Gymnastics, Swim Instruction, Kid Fit Zone, League Sports, and all of our paid program activites/events.
Summer Boot Camp Is high intensity exercises lasting one minute each at ten different stations. Go at your own pace during each station, giving your 110% effort!
We will have a “Healthy” potluck dinner after the 6 weeks are finished.
