1. BT Business Complete (BTBC) includes a 24 month Minimum Period and you will receive the benefits of BTBC during the Minimum Period. At the end of that time the contract will continue but the Inclusive Minutes
will no longer apply. You will continue to receive the other benefits of BTBC, but no new Minimum Period will start. Please note that an Annual Charge may apply where you do not achieve 80% of your Committed
Spend. The products and services that you include within BTBC are provided on the standard Terms and Conditions applicable to those products and services and are not provided under the Contract for BTBC. Termination
