PRE-PRIMARY SECTION
PRE-KINDERGARTEN FOR THE AUGUST 2015 SESSION
Thank you for expressing an interest in admission into Pre-Kindergarten in the Pre-Primary Section
of Bay View Academy. Admission to Pre-Kindergarten is determined by age and through an
assessment of the applicant’s readiness to benefit from the Bay View Academy Pre-Kindergarten
program. Admission into Pre-Kindergarten is strictly subject to availability of space, which varies from
year to year.
To meet the age requirement to join Pre-Kindergarten in August 2015, the applicant’s date of birth
must fall between 1st May 2011 and 30th April 2012.
FOR SIBLINGS & NON-SIBLINGS (Defence, Clifton & KDA Campuses)

Registration for the entrance test for August 2015 intake will take place ONLY on
Tuesday, May 5th, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.at the Defence Campus.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:

Original & a copy of the birth certificate or passport or B-Form.

Original CNICs (for verification) of parents coming for registration.

Parents of sibling applying for admission must bring the enrolled sibling’s school I.D card as
verification.
Due to security concerns, only parents with all of the above mentioned
documents will be allowed to enter the school premises.
PLEASE NOTE:

Admissions for Defence, Clifton and KDA campuses will all take place at the Defence Campus.
Siblings, if admitted, will be given preference for the same campus as their sibling.

Although siblings are given some preference, admission is not guaranteed and is based on the
overall assessment process.

It is recommended that young children do not accompany you when you visit the school to
obtain the assessment date as this could be a time consuming process.
