OVERVIEW
Two bums sit in the dumps rapping about money. We can literally see their thoughts floating above their heads as drawings created by Travis Millard. Their imagination
carries them as far away as Mars but we are always brought back to the reality that these guys are broke and sitting in the dumps.

PRODUCTION PROCESS / ANIMATION
The two bums will be animated using live action table top puppetry. Their ideas and imagination will be hand drawn 2D puppets on tagboard. Their setting and immediate
surroundings are made from a foam rubber material (same as the characters). Since we have the full scale characters and miniature setting the camera will be free to capture
a variety of dynamic angles.
Each character will be animated by 3 - 4 puppeteers. For shots that they appear together... We will shoot each character separately and composite them back together. We
will also shoot all the drawings and things they imagine as separate plates.
Eyes and and Mouth will be animated in post. I’m open to discussing this process. One thought it to motion track the puppets mouth and eyes and replace it with computer
animation. I’d like to use motion capture to puppeteer their lip sync, eye movement, blinking, etc... I feel like the computer animation will allow me to add more expression
and character to their performance. I want to keep the design for the mouth and eyes simple for this video and use South Park style cutouts.

SCHEDULE
The label and artist have been understanding and flexible about delivery date. Last I heard they plan to release the album at the end of october. I will double check
these details but the goal is to finish by late October / early November.

We are planning to shoot sometime between the 20th and 25th of September.
Edit completed by October 4th.
