Enjoy a delicious 3 course meal then get the party started with a Ceilidh followed by a
Disco with all your favourite tunes. This event is held in the main hall of the fantastic St.
Andrew’s in the Square. Once the Main Hall is fully booked we can offer you the option
to eat in Café Source then move up to the balcony overlooking the hall. The bar is open
from 6.30pm and we ask that you are seated promptly for your meal at 7.25pm.
Ceilidh / Disco until 12.45am. Prices Include 3 Course Meal, Coffee/Tea, Mince Pies, Christmas
Crackers, Ceilidh, Disco and VAT. Service is not included.

HOGMANAY CEILIDH - Main Hall - St. Andrew’s in the Square
Thursday 31st December
End the year with our Hogmanay bash at St. Andrew’s in the Square - a fantastic way to
see in the New Year featuring the Ardoch Ceilidh Band.
Doors open 7pm till 1am. Tickets are priced £37.50 and are only available at the bar in
Café Source, Merchant City, from 1st September 2014.

Please ensure that you read our terms and conditions fully and that all members of your party understand them.
CANCELLATIONS - LUNCH, DINNER & PARTY NIGHTS
- Cancellations of individual guests will result in deposits being forfeited.
- Café Source will require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations that have pre-ordered otherwise all balances become strictly non-refundable. Full payment for pre-ordered food will be required if 24 hours notice has not been given.
- Party Nights Only – All payments including final balances are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Regrettably our experience dictates this precaution.
DEPOSITS AND CONFIRMATIONS
Deposits are required to secure your reservation. To confirm your reservations, please complete and return the booking form within fourteen (14)
days of your PROVISIONAL BOOKING being made. Café Source cannot confirm your booking unless a deposit and completed booking form have been
received within the specified period. Café Source is under no obligation to inform you prior to releasing a provisional booking if it is out with the specified period but will endeavour to contact you before releasing the booking. All deposits are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be offset
against any other purchases.
CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS (Main Hall-£44.00 / Café then Balcony-£40.00) & HUGHENDEN DISCO NIGHTS £32.50)
-All Christmas Party Night bookings require a deposit of £20 per head.
- The final balance and pre-order are required by 1st November at the latest. Any bookings made on or after this date will require payment in full at the
time of booking.
- St. Andrews’s Only: Bottle bar only on the balcony area. Draught lager / beer only available in main hall or cafe bar.

- Christmas lunch and dinner bookings will require a deposit of £10 per head.
- Bookings made after the 22nd November will require the full deposit at time of booking.
- Christmas Lunch bookings on certain dates will require tables to be vacated by 4pm.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are required for all Christmas Party Night bookings and will be required by 1st NOVEMBER .
Café Source wants your party to enjoy their visit. Cafe Source recommends pre-ordering. Pre-orders will be required for larger parties to ensure members of your party receive the menu items they wish for. Some popular dates may also require you to pre-order. You will be advised when making your

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All table plans are at the discretion of Café Source and larger groups may be seated at more than one table.
- If your booking is in the Café (St. Andrew’s in the Square only) your table may be split between booths.
- No food or beverages may be brought into Café Source/Cafe Source Too/St. Andrews in the Square for consumption within the premises. Any beverages will be confiscated.
- The client is responsible for any damage caused to the rooms, furnishings and equipment, by any act or neglect of the client. They shall then pay Café
Source Ltd. on demand the total required to remedy any damages.
- The management at Café Source reserves the right to remove from the building, or refuse access to the building, any person/s that are seen to be
behaving in an unacceptable manner without providing any refund or money paid.
- Please note that food service cannot be delayed for latecomers.
- Organisers are requested to ensure that all dietary requirements are notified in advance & all guests know menu choices in advance.
- All menu items are subject to availability.

- Credit card payments over £500 will incur a 1.5% charge.
