Our Business Analysts are actively reviewing the preliminary
regulations.
We have identified current WIA Application changes needed for new
data collection and eligibility rule changes – building a new
application.
We have begun the major changes needed to be implemented by
July 2015
We are currently working with clients that have varying business
models to help with design of new legislation program requirements
 The clients participating regularly are CA, FL, NM, SC, MD, NE,
TN, ND, LA, NC
 We are having bi-weekly meetings, the plan is to move to weekly
in May after everyone has had time to read all the regulations
We will be providing updates on the Monthly User Group calls for all
clients
