BUFFET BOOKING FORM – 9TH APRIL 2015 – AFTER THE VOYAGER LECTURE AT
MARSHALL ADG
Your Committee has arranged for a buffet, rather than a dinner, to be held after the Voyager lecture
on the 9th April 2015 at Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group.
The aim is to start the lecture at 6 pm and then once the Q&A session is completed, for those who
have booked for the buffet to then move into the next room which will have the buffet set out. We
estimate this will be around 7.45 pm
If you would like to attend, please complete the booking slip below and return it to our Branch
Treasurer, Peter Jenkins, at: Barn Owl Cottage, Great Ashfield, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP31 3HX.

March 2015. We cannot guarantee you a place if you leave it beyond this date.
The cost of the buffet will be £19 per head. The buffet will have a main course with a choice of
desserts. A limited range and amount of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks will be provided. Your
Branch will be subsidising this event by a modest amount.
